LANXESS Showcases Paint & Coatings Solutions at Paint India 2026

LANXESS is participating in the Paint India Exhibition to showcase a broad portfolio of products developed for use in the paints and coatings industry. At its stand in Hall 6, Booth R-16, the company is presenting materials aimed at improving durability, functionality, and compliance across a range of coating formulations.

In the area of microbiological protection, LANXESS is highlighting biocides used to safeguard water-based paint and coating formulations from bacterial, fungal, and yeast contamination. Such contamination can compromise product quality and shelf life. The company’s solutions are intended to control microbial growth in wet formulations and to protect dry films from algae, mold, and mildew. The portfolio presented at the exhibition includes Preventol®, Kathon®, Bioban®, Biox®, Rocima®, and Sea-Nine®.

LANXESS is also exhibiting its inorganic color pigments, which are applied in construction materials, paints and coatings, and plastics. These include synthetic iron oxide and chromium oxide pigments known for properties such as color strength, lightfastness, UV stability, and resistance to weathering.
