LANXESS Showcases Lubricant Additives and Synthetic Fluids at Rosefield Conference 2026

The specialty chemicals company is presenting refrigeration lubricants, additive components and metalworking fluid solutions at the October 28–29 event in Mumbai.

Specialty chemicals company LANXESS is showcasing its portfolio of lubricant additive components, synthetic base fluids and finished fluids at the 4th Rosefield Conference for Lubricants and Fuels, taking place from October 28 to 29, 2026, at NESCO, Goregaon, Mumbai. The company is also presenting solutions for lubricant and metalworking fluid formulations designed for modern metalworking operations and industrial processes.

LANXESS is exhibiting at Booth Nos. 14 and 25 in the Grande Banquet, where visitors can interact with its experts and learn more about the company’s lubricant additives business.

Refrigeration Lubricants for Electric and Hybrid Vehicles

At the conference, LANXESS is featuring its Everest® and Hatcol® polyol ester (POE) refrigeration lubricants. These products are designed to address the evolving requirements of air-conditioning systems in electric and hybrid vehicles.

The lubricants offer high dielectric strength, refrigerant compatibility, thermal stability and lubricity. These properties support the industry's transition towards refrigerants with low global warming potential (GWP), including R1234yf and R1234ze.

With more than 30 years of experience in refrigeration lubrication, LANXESS's Everest® and Hatcol® POE products serve both original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket applications.

Comprehensive Lubricant Solutions and Local Capabilities

LANXESS provides additives and additive systems, synthetic base fluids and ready-to-use lubricants for several industries, including automotive, industrial specialties, metal processing, refrigeration, thermal and nuclear power, and aviation.

Its solutions are designed to reduce friction and wear, protect against corrosion, improve power transmission and extend machinery service life.

The company's lubricant additives business continues to expand its capabilities in India, combining global expertise with local manufacturing capabilities. The blending plant in Jhagadia, Gujarat, inaugurated earlier in 2026, further strengthens its regional presence. The facility is designed to serve customers in India, the Middle East and other international markets.

The plant has been developed with a focus on safety, energy efficiency and responsible environmental practices.
