Luxury womenswear brand Label Mehakk Jain has presented its Spring–Summer 2026 capsule collection, featuring the Pink Ombré colour story, on the international runway at London Fashion Week. The collection draws on natural inspiration, traditional craftsmanship, and sustainable practices, interpreting gradual colour transitions through soft pink gradients that reflect the changing light of dawn and dusk.

The Pink Ombré collection explores tonal movement, shifting from pale blush shades to deeper rose hues. Inspired by sunrises and sunsets, the palette reflects subtle changes found in nature, translating them into flowing colour applications across garments. The ombré technique creates a layered visual effect, allowing fabric surfaces to appear fluid and atmospheric under changing light conditions.

Sustainability plays a central role in the development of the collection. Each shade is produced using natural dyes sourced from Indian madder and sappanwood, drawing on long-established dyeing methods. These plant-based pigments contribute depth and warmth to the colour palette while supporting environmentally responsible production practices.

Nature also informs the collection’s surface detailing and construction. Floral references, organic textures, and tonal gradients are reflected through hand-embroidered glass beadwork, designed to interact with light in a subtle, reflective manner. The silhouettes are developed using silk organza and silk Chanderi, selected for their translucence, softness, and structural lightness.

Presented as part of the Spring–Summer 2026 showcase, the Pink Ombré palette was noted for its restrained colour transitions, material choices, and craftsmanship. The collection highlights Label Mehakk Jain’s continued focus on balancing contemporary design with responsible sourcing and traditional textile techniques.
