KSH Group Earns Great Place To Work® Certification in India

Updated:

Employee feedback-based certification covers KSH Integrated Logistics, KSH DistriParks and KSH Project Management Services in India.

KSH Group, a diversified business group with a significant presence in India’s supply chain and logistics sector, has announced that it has been awarded the Great Place To Work® (GPTW) Certification™ in India. The certification applies across the Group’s three core logistics businesses—KSH Integrated Logistics, KSH DistriParks, and KSH Project Management Services.

The official certification, issued by Great Place To Work®, is based on structured employee feedback collected through the organisation’s Certification™ survey. The assessment confirms that KSH Group has met the required benchmarks to be recognised as a Great Place To Work® Certified™ organisation in India.

According to the company, the certification reflects a workplace culture shaped by credibility, respect, care and employee pride. KSH Group has highlighted its focus on transparent communication, equitable practices and inclusion, with systems designed to ensure employees feel valued and supported in their roles. The recognition is based entirely on employee responses and reflects shared experiences and values across the organisation.

KSH Group’s workplace practices are rooted in a legacy spanning more than five decades, built on integrity, customer focus, operational discipline and a long-term commitment to people. The certification aligns with the founding vision of creating a dependable and ethical organisation, demonstrating continuity in values even as the business adapts to evolving industry demands.

As part of its employee engagement framework, KSH Group identified its emphasis on employee experience as a key contributing factor. Initiatives include a technology-enabled Mediclaim programme supporting routine medical check-ups, along with an annual wellness assessment. Internal coordination has been strengthened through digital platforms and regular communication on policies and operational processes. The Group has also restructured its Rewards and Recognition programmes to reinforce employee morale and acknowledge individual and team achievements.

Over the past year, KSH Group reported 400 hours of training delivered across business verticals. The company also introduced additional safety-focused policies and conducted regular awareness programmes, including POSH and other mandatory compliance sessions.

Infrastructure development formed another area of focus. Enhancements included widening and modification of in-gate facilities, revamping of in-gate cabins, creation of a new out-gate, and establishment of a driver induction and document verification area. Parking facilities were upgraded, and new cabins were created for external stakeholders. Operational efficiency initiatives included restructuring warehouse sheds to improve capacity and relocating a 100-metric-tonne weighbridge. In parallel, the Group expanded KILPL operations across northern, western and southern regions and strengthened the KSH Project Management Services team through additional hiring.

From a stakeholder perspective, the certification strengthens organisational credibility among employees, clients and partners, reinforcing trust and long-term engagement within the competitive logistics and supply chain environment.

KSH Group stated that it plans to mark the certification internally through closed-door celebrations at regional offices and its head office, followed by internal town halls and communication initiatives. The certification will also be reflected across selected office materials and internal branding. The Group’s next phase will focus on refining recruitment and retention policies for specialised roles in container handling, supply chain technology and fleet management.
