KAI India Supports IICA’s 41st Convocation as Gifting Partner

Association connects KAI India with graduating culinary and bakery students entering the hospitality industry

KAI India, known for its Japanese craftsmanship and precision kitchen tools, supported the International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), New Delhi, as the Gifting Partner at its 41st Convocation. The event recognised students graduating from IICA’s Culinary and Bakery programmes.

The association brought KAI India in contact with emerging culinary professionals at an early stage of their careers. Over the past 21 years, more than 4,000 students have graduated from IICA, with the institute preparing young talent for professional opportunities across the hospitality industry.

Focus on the Next Generation of Culinary Professionals

For KAI India, the association represents its continued engagement with the culinary community and its interest in supporting emerging chefs.

As graduates begin their professional careers, the collaboration also highlights the role of precision, technique and appropriate tools in culinary practice.

IICA Convocation Marks Students’ Professional Transition

The 41st Convocation brought together graduating students, chefs, hospitality professionals and educators to recognise the achievements of the graduating batch.

The event also marked the students’ transition from culinary education into the professional culinary industry.
