Jeanologia Showcases Connected Digital-to-Production Denim Workflow at IGATEX Pakistan

The company will demonstrate how digital product development, AI, laser technology and G2 Ozone finishing can connect design and production while improving efficiency and consistency.
Jeanologia is presenting its connected digital-to-production ecosystem at IGATEX Pakistan, taking place from October 15 to 18 in Lahore. The company is demonstrating how digital product development, artificial intelligence (AI), laser technology and ozone-based finishing can work together in a single workflow for denim manufacturing.
At its booth, visitors can see the process from digital product development using eDesigner and Billy AI to production preparation with Compact Super laser technology and garment finishing using G2 Ozone and its ATMOS process.
The integrated approach aims to simplify the journey from design concept to finished garment, shorten development and production times, improve reproducibility, automate operations and reduce environmental impact.
Connecting Digital Design with Industrial Production
The workflow begins with eDesigner, Jeanologia’s Digital Product Development platform, and Billy, its AI tool for denim design. These technologies help teams develop products digitally and prepare designs for industrial manufacturing.
According to the company, Billy can convert a garment image into a production-ready laser design in minutes. This connects creative concepts with manufacturing requirements while aiming to reduce development time, physical samples and repeated design iterations.
At IGATEX Pakistan, Jeanologia is demonstrating how digitally prepared designs can move into physical production through Compact Super, its compact laser system. The technology combines marking quality, speed and productivity to help manufacturers reproduce designs consistently while reducing manual operations and retouching.
G2 Ozone and ATMOS for Denim Finishing
The workflow continues with G2 Ozone, Jeanologia’s technology that uses air to transform denim finishing. The system generates ozone from atmospheric oxygen, using it as an oxidising agent to work on indigo and create naturally aged garment effects.
Building on this technology, Jeanologia has developed ATMOS, a stonewash process designed to create abrasion, marbling and tonal variations without pumice stones.
The air-based process aims to replace traditional stonewashing while reducing water consumption, chemical use and waste. Combined with laser technology, G2 Ozone is intended to help manufacturers achieve natural denim finishes with greater control and consistency, while reducing manual work and supporting more automated finishing operations.
Focus on Pakistan’s Denim Manufacturing Industry
Pakistan is one of the major textile and denim manufacturing hubs globally. Jeanologia’s connected workflow is positioned to support manufacturers seeking faster development cycles, improved production efficiency and consistent results while meeting the requirements of international brands and markets.
The company’s approach combines individual technologies with a methodology designed to connect product development and production. It works with manufacturers to simplify processes, improve efficiency and achieve consistent results at industrial scale.
“Pakistan has a strong denim industry and enormous manufacturing capabilities. The next step is to make development and production faster, simpler and more connected. At IGATEX, we want manufacturers to see this workflow in action: from developing the product digitally to reproducing it in production with the same quality and consistency. Technology is important, but how we connect it and implement it in the factory is what really makes the difference,” says Umer Khan, Area Manager Pakistan at Jeanologia.
Local Support and Technology Implementation
Jeanologia has been working in Pakistan for more than two decades. Its local team works with customers to support the implementation and use of its technologies and adapt solutions to their production requirements.
Through its combination of digital tools, production technologies, implementation methodology and local support, the company aims to help Pakistan’s textile industry improve productivity and competitiveness while moving towards more automated, efficient and sustainable manufacturing processes.
