Jaspal Group Advances Product Development Automation Across 16 Brands with Centric PLM

Thai fashion group completes Phase 2 milestone, standardizing workflows to improve visibility, collaboration and time to market
Jaspal Group has reached a key milestone in Phase 2 of its Centric PLM™ implementation, automating product development workflows across its portfolio of 16 brands. The initiative is focused on standardizing processes, improving visibility and collaboration, and reducing manual work as the group moves products from concept to market.
Headquartered in Thailand, Jaspal Group is a fashion and lifestyle company with 16 in-house and international brands spanning fashion, footwear and accessories. The group selected Centric PLM in 2024 to improve speed and consistency in its product development operations.
Phase 2 Builds on 2025 Foundation
The first phase of the implementation was completed in 2025. It involved retiring the group’s legacy PDM system and consolidating product data onto Centric PLM.
Phase 2 builds on this foundation by introducing standardized and automated workflows across product development. The objective is to allow teams across the group’s brands to follow consistent development processes and move products from concept to market more efficiently.
“The biggest shift is how much now happens automatically within Centric PLM,” says Suthep Thanombooncharoen, Chief Technology Officer at Jaspal Group.
“Sample styles are created the moment tech packs go to suppliers, and status updates flow straight into size-chart evaluation, so teams always know where a style stands without chasing it.”
Teams Work from Shared Product Information
Under the updated workflows, designers, merchandisers, garment technicians and pattern teams work from the same product information and follow the same development steps across the different brands.
Jaspal Group said the Phase 2 implementation has reached its milestones according to the planned schedule, budget and scope.
“We have hit every Phase 2 milestone on time, on budget and in scope. Teams now have clearer day-to-day visibility and we now have a more scalable foundation to compete in a fast-moving fashion market,” adds Thanombooncharoen.
