Company to showcase weaving technologies, OEM spare parts solutions, and customer-produced fabrics at Istanbul exhibition

Itema will showcase its latest weaving technologies and textile solutions at ITM 2026, taking place in Istanbul, Türkiye, from June 9 to 13. The company’s exhibition space in Hall 8 – Stand 806D will feature a dedicated concept highlighting expertise across the weaving value chain.

The stand will be divided into two main areas: advanced weaving and spare parts solutions, and a textile gallery displaying fabrics woven on Itema machines by customers from different international markets.

According to the company, the textile gallery will feature a curated selection of fabrics designed for various applications and textile segments. The displayed fabrics originate from collections presented by customers to international brands and include textile constructions using delicate, precious, and recycled yarns.

Itema stated that the gallery is intended to demonstrate the versatility, textile quality, and weaving capabilities achievable on its machines across multiple market applications.

The weaving solutions area will present several of Itema’s latest developments, including the MEC-T mechanical tuckers and the iSAVER® waste selvedge removal system, available up to 6 colors. The company said the iSAVER® system is designed to support more sustainable weaving operations through optimized resource use and improved efficiency.

The exhibition will also highlight Itema’s OEM spare parts portfolio, including components for legacy Itema brands. The company noted that genuine spare parts are important for maintaining machine reliability, long-term productivity, and operational performance.

Visitors will also be able to explore the HelloItema customer portal, which provides access to Itema’s integrated spare parts ecosystem and related customer services.

Itema identified Türkiye as a strategic market for the company, with partnerships spanning textile sectors including curtains, home textiles, apparel, denim, and technical fabrics. The company stated that its local organization, Itema Türkiye, provides technical assistance, OEM spare parts support, and on-site service aimed at supporting continuous mill operations and reducing unplanned downtime.
