IPI 2025 Keynotes Explore Robotics & Future Printing

The Industrial Print Integration (IPI) Conference 2025, the foremost platform for functional and industrial printing, has announced its keynote programme. Scheduled for 12–13 November 2025 at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss, the conference will deliver expert perspectives from global research institutes, technology adopters, and analysts on disruptive manufacturing trends.

Keynote Sessions

AI-Powered Robotics (12 Nov, 09:25): Dr. Werner Kraus, Head of Robotics at Fraunhofer IPA, will discuss AI’s role in transforming production and logistics, covering cobot welding, imitation learning, and the concept of “automation of automation” that cuts engineering effort by up to 50%.
Inkjet in Human-Machine Interfaces (12 Nov, 09:50): Manuel Klemens and Dr. Andreas Willfahrt from CCL Design will explore inkjet’s role in developing advanced HMIs for automotive, electronics, and industrial sectors, offering real-world case studies.
Inkjet for Chemical Kinetics (12 Nov, 10:15): Professor Ronan Daly from the University of Cambridge will present how inkjet precision enables advancements in drug delivery and chemical reaction acceleration, expanding its potential in biomedical and manufacturing fields.
Future of Industrial Printing (13 Nov, 15:15): Jon Harper-Smith of Smithers will provide a five-year market outlook, discussing growth opportunities, challenges, and disruptive technologies in industrial and decorative printing.
