Intex & InMac Sri Lanka 2026 to Bring Global Textile Sourcing and Garment Technology to Colombo

Co-located exhibitions from 5–7 August 2026 will feature over 300 international companies from 15+ countries and regions at BMICH, Colombo.

Intex – The Premier International Textile Sourcing Show and the co-located InMac – Smart Technology & Innovation in Gar-Tex Machinery will take place from 5 to 7 August 2026 at BMICH, Colombo. The exhibitions aim to bring together global textile sourcing, garment machinery, technology providers and industry stakeholders on a single platform.

Intex Sri Lanka 2026 and the co-located InMac Sri Lanka 2026 are scheduled to be held from 5 to 7 August 2026 at Halls 1 to 6, BMICH, Colombo-7.

According to the organisers, the event comes as Sri Lanka’s apparel industry targets US$8 billion in exports by 2030, bringing together textile sourcing and garment manufacturing technologies under one roof.

The exhibitions will host over 300 international companies from 15+ countries and regions, offering a platform covering the textile and apparel value chain.

Intex Sri Lanka will feature products and innovations across fibers, yarns, fabrics, accessories and sustainable materials, connecting manufacturers with buyers from South Asia, ASEAN, Europe and the Middle East.

Running alongside, InMac Sri Lanka will showcase garment manufacturing technologies, including sewing, cutting, digital printing and eco-friendly finishing systems, supporting the industry's adoption of automation and advanced manufacturing solutions.

Commenting on the event, Mrs. Arti Bhagat, Executive Director of Worldex India, said:

"Our largest China Pavilion and strong Indian participation reflect deep global confidence in Sri Lanka. By integrating global raw materials with advanced machinery, Intex and InMac provide the definitive blueprint to power Sri Lanka’s 2030 export vision."

The exhibitions will also include the Interactive Business Forum (IBF) Seminars, covering topics such as Circularity, Sustainability, Digital transformation and Smart Manufacturing over three days.

In addition, the programme will feature B2B Interactions & Meetings for domestic and overseas trade buyers.
