With a vision to digitize the MSMEs in India, Lal10, a cross-border B2B texh-enebled full-stack platform has announced a launch of satellites across seven states by the end of June 2023. There are 2293 MSMEs in the fold. Till now, Lal10 has become the world’s largest pan-India aggregator to textile factories.
Lal10 claims to be the biggest cloud-expor t house from India to the world by digitising these factories. This growth is consistent with the startup’s objective to use technology and transparent supply chains to unlock these MSMEs’ dormant potential for international trade.
It is opening offices in Varanasi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Indore, Jaipur, and Noida, which are all close to the nation’s key textile production centres.
The corporation will digitise these textile mills at these centres, which are the hub of manufacturing.
The supporting regional offices will be given the authority to choose a Production Manager to oversee operations, a Quality Control Manager to ensure consistent product quality in accordance with international standards, and a Catalogue Manager to look after after upgrading the skills of the manufacturers, showing them how to “come online” and take advantage of economies of scale in procuring raw materials and financing, effective inventory management, and staying current with international design trends.
According to Maneet Gohil, CEO and Co-Founder of Lal10, “Indian MSMEs have immense potential to gain a larger portion of the export market given the enormous global demand for textiles. It is urgent to give more Indian textile hubs the ability to meet this demand and offer a wide variety of goods. The historic textile centres of India only support domestic markets.
