The TVC media team got the chance to speak with Jimit Mehta Sir, the Manager of K KSpintex India Private Limited which is found in Maharastra. We get the chance to learn more about his adventure.He responded to every question in detail, making us understand it in depth, such as about their business, the products they produce, such as yarn.
1. Tell us about your self and your company?
Basically, my name is JimitMetha, and we run three enterprises under the Pratik brand. There are three countries under the: KK spintex, Pratikshspuntex, and GB dyed. KK’s spuntex India primarily manufactures PV yarns ranging from 30 to 90 single and double. Aside from this, Pratik’s company manufactures fancy yarns, PVPC, polyester yarn, and blended yarns. And at GB dyed, we do yarn dye and Jongal bases, cotton, linen, and polyester yarn.
2. What inspired you to start this business?
Basically, the Yarn line is always so large that there are numerous opportunities here. So we can conduct vertical or horizontal integration, and the breadth is broad enough that everybody can benefit from it.
3. What is your product USP and manufacturing unit capacity?
Prateek’s basic quality differs from that of others, hence his quality is our USP. And manufacturing unit capacity is 300 Dens.
4. How do you modify sustainability?
We recently got this recycle fiber as well, so for the sake of sustainability, the need for recycling, or the sake of nature, we purchased that recycled fiber spun yarn as well as lexarized yarn.
5. How Indian brand are responding to your brand?
We are manufacturing, and they offer our products to corporations as well, so we are in frequent contact with them, and we are getting a good response from them.
6. what vision do you have in mind for future of the company?
Our vision for the future is to take over additional firms and run on their jobs. We also want to start exporting our brand data abroad, therefore we are planning for our stand in foreign nations like Bangladesh.
