Ramesh Kesh and Eric Yung, two seasoned workers, have been given new positions and responsibilities as part of Polartec®, a Milliken & Company brand that is committed to continually improving service, experience, and innovation across the company.
Ramesh Kesh, PhD, will now be responsible for managing all of Polartec’s business divisions as well as the Government and Defense business units in addition to his position as Senior Vice President at Polartec’s parent firm, Milliken & Company. Ramesh has worked for Milliken for almost three decades, spending the last seven of those years overseeing sustainability and R&D activities for the Textile Division. Polartec is well-positioned to further its innovation and technological synergies by combining the Government and Defense business groups under his direction, while assuring adherence to eco-engineering as a core value. Kesh’s significant knowledge and experience will be used to make this a high priority.
Eric Yung has been appointed to Vice President of Milliken & Company and Managing Director of Polartec in order to reaffirm and reinforce commitments to the Polartec brand and partners. Yung has more than 15 years of sales and marketing expertise, and she most recently served as Polartec’s Director of International Sales. With a global perspective, Yung will use his experience as managing director to drive product innovation and enhance customer experience.
