Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles – Autumn Edition 2026 to Spotlight Emerging Home Living Trends

Trade fair in Shanghai to feature global exhibitors, trend showcases, sustainability discussions, and international sourcing opportunities from August 18–20, 2026

Scheduled from 18–20 August 2026 in Shanghai, Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles – Autumn Edition will bring together exhibitors from 19 countries and regions across more than 100,000 sqm at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). The exhibition will showcase developments in home textiles shaped by changing consumer lifestyles, sustainability priorities, and product innovation.

The event will continue to provide a platform for manufacturers, suppliers, designers, buyers, and other industry professionals to establish business partnerships, exchange market insights, and explore sourcing opportunities.

Ms Wilmet Shea, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd., stated:

Visitors will have access to suppliers across multiple product categories, including upholstery and sofa fabrics, bedding, curtains, sun protection products, and related home textile solutions.

Featured exhibitors include:

  • Curtains and curtain fabrics: Fu-tex (Hong Kong), Hangzhou Longshi Textile, Hangzhou Qijian Textile, and Ningbo YIBO Curtain Decorations.
  • Editors: Beijing Ya Da Home Decoration Articles, Prestigious Textiles (Shanghai), Raffinato Shanghai, SATI, and SohoCUT.
  • Design: Ashang Aga Home Textile Design Center, DBS Lifestyle India Private Limited, Patrizia Ortenzi, and Tela’s design.

The exhibition will also feature a dedicated Türkiye Zone, bringing together manufacturers including BYT Dokuma Makina Tekstil, Dersiyon Tekstil, Isik Kadife ve Tekstil, and Weavers Tekstil, highlighting Türkiye’s home textile manufacturing and design capabilities.

Chinese textile manufacturing clusters including Haining, Hangzhou Linping, Huzhou, Shaoxing, Tongxiang, and Wujiang Shengz will present products across curtains, upholstery, sofa fabrics, and printed fabrics.

The fair has attracted pre-registered buyers from 72 countries and regions, representing retail, e-commerce, home furnishing, and sourcing sectors.

The Hosted Buyer Programme will include 9 delegations from 21 represented markets, including Algeria, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Morocco, and Thailand. Domestic buyer delegations representing hotel linen merchants, suppliers, e-commerce platforms, interior designers, and home furnishing companies will also participate.

Trend and Knowledge Programme

The exhibition's fringe programme will focus on industry trends, sustainability, and business development through seminars, panel discussions, guided tours, and forums.

Highlights include:

  • Intertextile International Lifestyle Trend 2027: Breathe Up! – curated by NellyRodi™. Visitors can explore the Trend Area (6.1H F30), while Ms Cécile Rosenstrauch, Global Creative Director at NellyRodi™ Agency, will present the seminar "Shape the Future of Living – Shape up!" at InterDesign (5.1H G88), covering the themes RE-DECORATE, RE-CONNECT, and RE-USE.
  • Urban Renewal and Regeneration (5.1H G88) – curated by Mr Shen Lei, Founder and Design Director of Interior Architects. The discussion will be led by Mr Lyu Min, featuring Mr Byron Lee, Ms Nicole Li, and Mr Tim Zhang, followed by a guided tour hosted by Mr Byron Lee, Founder of Order Studio.
  • China’s Dual Circulation Strategy for Global Home Furnishing Summit (5.1H G88) – focusing on international expansion, cross-category collaboration, and brand strategies through case studies and business matching.
  • Intertextile Talks (6.2H M92) – held under the Go-Green theme, providing exhibitors with a platform to introduce sustainable textiles and technologies while supporting buyers seeking environmentally focused sourcing options.

Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles – Autumn Edition is organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT, and the China Home Textile Association (CHTA).
