Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics – Spring Edition 2026 will be held from 11 to 13 March at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. More than 3,000 exhibitors from 25 countries and regions will present products across seven halls, with international suppliers concentrated in key halls and themed zones.

The global textile and apparel industry is preparing for Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics – Spring Edition 2026, which will take place in Shanghai from 11 to 13 March. The event will host over 3,000 exhibitors representing 25 countries and regions across seven exhibition halls at the National Exhibition and Convention Center.

International participation will be particularly visible in the International Hall, alongside zones such as SalonEurope, Premium Wool Zone and Verve for Design. Group pavilions will include those organised by Ecocert, KTC and Lenzing, in addition to country and region pavilions from Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Türkiye.

Product categories at the fair will include suiting and shirting, functional wear, ladieswear and casualwear. Overseas suppliers will be located mainly in the International Hall (Hall 5.1), Accessories Vision (Hall 1.2) and Beyond Denim (Hall 7.2).

Ms Wilmet Shea, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, said: “As organisers, we pride ourselves on the fact that Intertextile Apparel can act as a one-stop sourcing platform for any buyer – from high volume yarn spinners seeking large quantities of recycled chips to boutique fashion designers with relatively low MOQs. Consequently, this show has a place for exhibitors from across the apparel textile spectrum. Nowhere is this more evident than at our wealth of pavilions brought together by leading organisations from Asia and Europe, which now includes the Türkiye Pavilion for the first time in spring.”

One of the featured areas will be the Lenzing Pavilion, where 23 downstream suppliers will demonstrate applications of regenerated cellulose fibres in yarns, fabrics and finished products, including womenswear, functional textiles and denim. Lenzing will introduce a new campaign related to the TENCEL™ brand and will present TENCEL™ Lyocell - HV100 fibre in the Chinese market.

The Ecocert Pavilion, organised by the French certification body, will provide space for its textile partners to present knitted fabrics, cashmere and related products. The KTC Pavilion, organised by the Korea Textile Center, will showcase cotton, polyester and patterned designs from Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province.

The Türkiye Pavilion will make its Spring Edition debut, organised by the Istanbul Textile and Raw Materials Exporters Association (İTHİB), and will feature woven fabrics, silk, jacquard, lace, embroidery and woven denim. The India Pavilion will return under the organisation of the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL). Other pavilion organisers include the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), Japan Fashion Week Organization (JFW), Korea Fashion Textile Association (KFTA) and Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF).

Seven country and region pavilions will be represented at the fair. Notable exhibitors include Vitale Barberis Canonico at the Italy Pavilion; Marsala Tekstil at the Türkiye Pavilion; and Vinod Denim at the India Pavilion, which will display cotton-LYCRA®, cotton-poly-LYCRA® and pure cotton fabrics.

In the International Hall, the Intertextile Directions Trend Forum will present textiles and accessories aligned with the PARADOX theme for Spring/Summer 2027. Nearby zones will include the Premium Wool Zone, featuring exhibitors such as Scabal, Fratelli Piacenza and Clarenson.

At Verve for Design, studios will present print and pattern collections. Participants will include Circleline Design Studio (UK), Les Dessines (France) and Le Studio Copenhagen (Denmark).

SalonEurope will feature suppliers such as Concordia Textiles (Belgium) and Baur Vliesstoffe (Germany). New exhibitors in this zone include DB Acetate (Lithuania) and LOXY (Norway).

The fair is co-organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd; the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT; and the China Textile Information Centre. It will be held concurrently with Yarn Expo Spring, Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles – Spring Edition, CHIC and PH Value.

Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics – Spring Edition will take place from 11 to 13 March 2026. Additional upcoming events include the Vietnam International Trade Fair for Apparel, Textiles and Textile Technologies (26–28 February 2026, Ho Chi Minh City), Intertextile Shenzhen Apparel Fabrics / Yarn Expo Shenzhen (9–11 June 2026, Shenzhen), and Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics – Autumn Edition / Yarn Expo Autumn (25–27 August 2026, Shanghai).
