iNTERSPARE Textilmaschinen will continue the legacy of its renowned ARTOS, BABCOCK (BTM), and Krantz product lines at ITMA Asia + CITME 2025 Singapore (Hall 7 / Stand A104) at the VDMA joint booth, where it will unveil the latest advancements in textile finishing technology. The highlights include the newest versions of the Krantz Syncro Tumble Relax Dryer and Krantz K30 Stenter Frame, along with modernisation and service upgrades. A special exhibit will demonstrate the advantages of the Econ-Air airflow system, ensuring premium textile drying with exceptional color fastness, dimensional stability, and superior fabric feel.

Strong demand from India
The company has recorded remarkable success in recent years, with robust demand for its finishing machines. A major Indian customer recently placed an order for four Krantz K30 stenter frames and three Krantz Syncro dryers, scheduled for completion by mid-2026. Managing Director Dirk Polchow emphasized that global markets continue to trust iNTERSPARE, valuing its tradition of durability and quality. “Many Krantz, Artos, and Babcock machines are still running productively even after 50 years. This feedback reinforces our conviction in delivering long-lasting solutions,” he said.

Focus on Asian markets
India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh remain iNTERSPARE’s strongest markets, where the company collaborates with local representatives like GLOBAL. Polchow highlighted ITMA Asia as a key platform to connect with Southeast Asian customers and noted that production capacity expansion is under consideration to meet rising demand.

Sustainability through Econ-Air
The Econ-Air airflow system, patented by Babcock, optimizes energy use by heating and reusing air directly in the drying process. This eliminates the need for additional steam devices, minimizes energy loss with advanced insulation, and significantly reduces CO₂ emissions.

Innovation in Krantz Syncro and K30
New-generation motors, Lenze inverters, integrated padders, and upgraded data systems have raised the Syncro’s energy efficiency. Enhanced software, modern interfaces, and innovations like the automatic filter belt cleaning system ensure both efficiency and reliability.

Retrofitting legacy machines
With thousands of Krantz, Artos, and Babcock machines still in operation worldwide, iNTERSPARE offers custom retrofitting and modernisation packages to extend their life, improve efficiency, and meet modern sustainability standards.

At ITMA Asia 2025 in Singapore, iNTERSPARE experts will present these innovations, demonstrating how the combination of tradition and advanced engineering secures top-quality textile finishing for global markets.
