Indorama Ventures Introduces deja™ Care for Skin-Friendly, Responsible Fashion

Updated:

Sustainable, certified PET fibers for responsible apparel production

Indorama Ventures introduces deja™ Care, PET fibers and yarns certified for skin safety, eco-friendly production, and responsible fashion applications.

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited, a global leader in sustainable chemicals, has launched deja™ Care, a new range of skin-friendly PET fibers and filament yarns for apparel. Tested against 17 harmful chemicals and certified to standards such as OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, DIN EN 71-3, and ISO 17294-2, these fibers support safer and more responsible fashion choices.

Through deja™ Care, Indorama Ventures employs environmentally conscious chemicals during PET polymerization, allowing apparel brands to develop skin-sensitive clothing including maternity wear, underwear, infant and children’s wear, school uniforms, and everyday essentials that come into contact with the skin.

All deja™ Care fibers and yarns are produced in fully integrated, in-house facilities across Asia, ensuring complete traceability and quality control. Previously proven in hygiene products like baby wipes and diapers, these fibers now offer apparel manufacturers a clear pathway toward responsible fashion. Additionally, fabric makers benefit from cleaner wastewater, reduced sludge generation, and more eco-friendly manufacturing practices.

Brand owners and fabric producers focused on certified quality and sustainability, as increasingly demanded by consumers, are encouraged to contact their account manager or email enquiry.fibers[at]indorama.net. More details about the full deja™ fibers portfolio, including recycled and bio-based solutions, are available on the company website.
