INDA Appoints Four New Leaders to 2025 Board of Directors

INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, has welcomed four prominent professionals to its 2025 Board of Directors. This board is key in steering INDA’s direction, aligning with industry evolution and member needs.

Tony Fragnito, President of INDA, shared, “These leaders bring valuable experience and insight that will strengthen INDA’s strategic goals, from technical innovation to sustainability and workforce development.”

New Board Members Include:

  • Ginny Casstevens (Fibertex Nonwovens, Inc.): A seasoned sales and marketing leader in nonwoven technologies including spunlace and spunbond. Known for her client-focused results and sustainable product expertise. She previously contributed to INDA’s WOW and Hygienix Committees.
  • Aleksandra Kruszewska (Reckitt): A Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, she leads R&D in disinfecting wipes. Her leadership brought 100% cellulosic-based wipes to market and helped Reckitt achieve significant growth with innovations recognized for sustainability.
  • Mark Tumelty (Nice-Pak Products, Inc.): As SVP & GM, he directs multiple personal care categories. With an MBA and leadership roles across consumer brands, he emphasizes customer-centric innovation and business expansion.
  • Mariagiovanna Ramini Vetere (NatureWorks): As VP of Sustainability and Public Affairs, she manages circular economy initiatives, regulatory engagement, and sustainability programs. With deep EPR knowledge and global policy experience, she advances NatureWorks' environmental strategies.

INDA’s Board comprises elected members serving staggered three-year terms, while the Executive Committee handles interim decisions.

  • Chair: Mark Thornton (Procter & Gamble)
  • Vice Chair: Barbara Lawless (Precision Fabrics Group)
  • Past Chair: Bryan Haynes (Kimberly-Clark)
  • Appointees: Mike Clark (Hollingsworth & Vose), Jodi Russell (Clorox), Jeff Stafford (Milliken), Robert Weilminster (Magnera)
