INDA & ISSA to Host 2026 Advocacy and Fly-In Summit
INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, proudly announces the third annual INDA Advocacy and Fly-In Summit, co-hosted with ISSA, the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association’s Clean Advocacy Summit. The event is scheduled for March 23–24, 2026, at the Royal Sonesta Washington, D.C. Capitol Hill, conveniently located near the U.S. Capitol and Congressional office buildings.
The 2026 edition will bring together leaders from INDA, ISSA, IICRC, and WSA for two days of impactful discussions, advocacy training, and direct engagement with policymakers.
The first day of the event will include advocacy training sessions, policy briefings, and nonwovens-focused breakout discussions to equip INDA members with the tools to effectively present the industry’s priorities to legislators and regulators.
On the second day, INDA member groups will take part in “Hike the Hill”, where they will meet directly with congressional offices to address key legislative, trade, and regulatory matters affecting the future of the nonwovens industry.
“With so much uncertainty happening on Capitol Hill, it has never been more important for INDA members to have their voices heard,” said Tony Fragnito, INDA President. “The 2026 Advocacy and Fly-In Summit provides our members a one-of-a-kind opportunity to engage with policymakers on critical issues — from the WIPPES Act and tariffs to PFAS and extended producer responsibility proposals. Participation ensures that the nonwovens industry’s perspective is represented in decisions that will define our future.”
