USA Retains Positions As India’s Biggest Trading Partner IN FY23

In the fiscal year 2022–2023, the bilateral trade between India and the United States increased by 7.65% to reach $128.55 billion, marking the United States India’s top trading partner. This information is preliminary and comes from the commerce ministry. The fact that this is an increase from the $80.51 billion in 2020–21 and the $119.5 billion in the preceding year suggests that the two nations’ economic ties are strengthening.

Due to growing economic relations between the two nations, the U.S. has become India’s largest trading partner in 2022–2023.

The bilateral commerce between India and the United States climbed by 7.65% to $128.55 billion in 2022–23 from $119.5 billion in 2021–22, according to preliminary figures from the Commerce Ministry. The amount in 2020–21 was $80.51 billion.
