Indian Technical Textile Association (ITTA), supported by the National Technical Textiles Mission (NTTM), Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India, in partnership with The Synthetic & Art Silk Mills’ Research Association (SASMIRA), is organizing the NATIONAL CONCLAVE ON AGROTECH – “Accelerating Productivity of Agriculture & Horticulture Products” on Friday, 06th October, 2023 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The Agrotech Conclave is third in series after successfully conclusion of first one on Protective Textiles held in November, 2022 and second on Sports Textiles held in June 2023 supported by NTTM.
The one-day Conclave will have Conference and Exhibition. The focus of the conference will be on Agrotech Products, Current Market size, Growth trend in Export-Import of Agrotextiles, Harnessing Textile Innovations for Sustainable and Resilient Agriculture, Innovations in the field of raw materials and functional additives, Recent Advances in Agrotech Technology and Digital Transformation, Indian Standards and Quality Control Order and Sustainability, Circular Economy and Global Benchmarks. These Sessions will include Panel Discussions and Presentations composed of domain experts from the above fields. Senior officials from the Textile and other Ministries will also be the part of these panel discussion to give update on various Govt. schemes on growth opportunities on Technical Textiles.
Professionals from Industry, Academia, R&D Institutions are requested to participate to gain knowledge and take maximum benefit out of this conclave. In future, ITTA will be organizing a series of such conclaves on other Technical Textile verticals like – Automotive Textiles, Industrial Textiles, Medical Textiles, Coating and Lamination products, Textiles used in Building and Construction.
