Flexo Summit Asia Debut Redefines Insight-Led Industry Events

A content-first summit brings global flexographic leaders together in Jaipur.
The inaugural Flexo Summit Asia set a new standard by removing sales-driven agendas and offering a rare platform focused purely on knowledge, collaboration, and future-oriented thinking.
Flexo Summit Asia’s debut edition has reset expectations for industry gatherings, presenting a content-first model that prioritised deep thinking over commercial noise. Held at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) from November 26–27, 2025, the summit—organised by ReEnvision Events Private Limited—garnered an extraordinary response and firmly positioned itself as India’s first fully insight-driven platform for the flexographic community.
Across two immersive days, the residential summit convened 325 printers, converters, and brand owners alongside 55+ global speakers, creating a rare environment built on open dialogue, practical intelligence, and zero sales push. The energy in every hall underscored an industry eager for meaningful learning and forward-looking conversations.
Anil Arora, Director at ReEnvision Events Private Limited, captured the mood succinctly:
“Flexo Summit Asia was created to give the industry a platform built on knowledge and collective growth. The overwhelming response to this first edition confirms that the need for such a summit was long overdue. What stood out was the openness of dialogue, the quality of conversations, and the hunger for learning.”
A Theme with Purpose: Possibilities, Profitability, People
The summit was framed around a three-part theme—Possibilities, Profitability, and People—which shaped a tightly curated programme from the opening keynote to the last panel. Sessions on The Flexo Economy and Creating a Flexo Business Mindset established a strong intellectual foundation, pushing attendees to rethink operational models and leadership strategies.
One of the most impactful sessions came from Sante Conselvan, President of the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) – Global Alliance and CEO of GAMA Group (Italy). His deep-dive on building a future-ready flexo organisation highlighted the value of long-term thinking, disciplined processes, and leadership capable of envisioning industry evolution.
Panels that Shifted Perspective: ECG and the Technology Balance
Day One featured two standout panel discussions designed to address both technical depth and industry clarity.
“ECG – The Flexo Heartbeat”, led by Dr. Kai Lankinen of Tampere University of Applied Sciences, broke down the science and strategy behind Extended Colour Gamut (ECG) printing. The session, enhanced by insights from Steve Smith (Miraclon, Belgium), Chatura Jayatissa (ALFT Packaging, Sri Lanka), and Jai Chandra (VeePee Graphics Solutions), explored productivity gains, quality consistency, and waste reduction from three vantage points—technology, application, and prepress.

The second panel, “Clearing the FOG (Flexo, Offset & Gravure)”, offered a candid look at how printing technologies now intersect, coexist, and converge. Delegates walked away with a clearer understanding of where flexo stands within today’s hybrid production ecosystem.
The day concluded on an emotional high with a keynote by Suresh Gupta, former Chairman of Huhtamaki India Ltd. and former EVP Global Flexibles, Huhtamäki Oyj, Finland, and Chairman – IFCA. Sharing his journey—from management student to leading a business past ₹2,000 crores—he spoke with unmatched sincerity and introspection.
Reflecting on the event, he noted:
“What impressed me most about Flexo Summit Asia is that this was not a selling platform, but a thinking platform. In an industry crowded with pitches, this summit stood out for its honesty, learning, and openness. When knowledge flows freely and there is no commercial pressure, real growth becomes possible.”
Breakout Tracks That Dug Deeper
Day Two expanded the knowledge landscape with four focused breakouts on:
- Flexible Packaging
- Labels
- Corrugated Packaging
- Future of Pack
The “Future of Pack” track, in particular, won praise for facilitating unfiltered dialogue between converters and brand owners—a dynamic many attendees described as “long missing” from industry discussions. With over 30 brand owners present, the summit broke the converter-centric pattern of most conferences by ensuring those shaping packaging requirements had an equal voice.

These breakouts enabled granular technical exchanges, real-world challenges, and operational insights, equipping participants with a comprehensive understanding of segment-specific opportunities.
Bengaluru to Host Flexo Summit Asia 2026
Riding on the success of its inaugural edition, the organisers confirmed that the next edition—Flexo Summit Asia 2026—will take place on August 6–7, 2026, at Hilton Hotel, Manyata Business Park, Bengaluru.
The new theme sets an ambitious tone:
