In less than two weeks, the global print and signage community will converge at FESPA Global Print Expo 2025, taking place from 6–9 May at Messe Berlin, Germany. Held alongside the European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience, the event promises to be a dynamic meeting point for forward-thinking print professionals and sign makers worldwide.
This year’s show is set to host over 565 global exhibitors, including industry leaders like AGFA, Canon, EFI, Epson, Fujifilm, HP, Ricoh, Roland, and Durst. The expo will serve as a launchpad for over 100 new products, showcasing the latest technologies in digital printing, wide-format, signage, and personalization.
Personalisation Experience: Smart Tech Meets Customisation
The Personalisation Experience features the brand-new SmartHub Conference (Hall 5.2), a free, three-day program (6–8 May) with expert-led sessions on personalisation strategies across textiles, packaging, and direct mail. It also delves into the impact of AI and smart production technologies on the print industry.
A new Smart Factory Trail will guide attendees through the latest on-demand personalisation solutions and intelligent manufacturing systems from innovative exhibitors like Design Huddle, Kit Builder, and Printess GmbH.
European Sign Expo: A New Era in Signmaking
In Halls 3.2 and 4.2, the European Sign Expo returns with a fresh concept: the European Sign Expo Pavilion — styled like a bustling high street. Visitors can explore emerging trends in digital and architectural signage, illuminated displays, and software innovations from exhibitors like GE Current, NEON-line, and Polarstar.
Over 100 sign industry exhibitors will showcase traditional and digital signage solutions, spanning from illuminated lettering to modular systems.
Live Competitions & Inspiration at the Core
Visitors can look forward to the World Wrap Masters competition (Hall 6.2), featuring the European and World Championships for vehicle wrapping. Daily live demos by The Wrap Institute will engage visitors with cutting-edge wrapping techniques and tips.
Also returning is the prestigious FESPA Awards 2025, showcasing shortlisted entries across 18 creative categories at the entrance to Messe Berlin.
FESPA App: Plan Your Visit with Ease
