AUTOMATION XO
The two-door XO Select conditioning machines are loaded and unloaded using roller conveyor systems in the new XO AUTOMATION system. The system can be completed by adding a pallet wrapping machine with a turntable, a weighting station, a label printer, a safety fence, and a security system. Individual customer-specific material and packaging programmes can be handled and stored by the XO Select controller and automation system.
Yarn steaming on various pallet sizes and heights up to 2,650mm is made possible by the design of XO SELECT and XO AUTOMATION. From the spinning hall to the warehouse, XO AUTOMATION bridges the gap between the XO automated moving platform and the fully automated transport system.The innovative cubical XO SOLID combines a large loading area of 1,800 mm x 1,700 mm x 4,000 mm (H x W x L) through double row pin trolleys or pallets for simple manual loading of six units on the ground level without a pit or platform. Therefore, XO SOLID is intended for installations on higher floor levels. All required parts are factory preinstalled on a single frame in the new frame design, allowing for simple “plug and play” installation at the customer site.
