Soorty functions to find out how technology and fashion can coexist, emphasising the human worth of collaborating with artificial intelligence and with the launch, and taking responsibility for generating innovative solutions. By releasing purpose-driven designs developed with ethical tools and bringing customers closer to a sustainable future, HumAIn unleashes these potentials.
Soorty conducted numerous technological and artificial intelligence experiments prior to the creation of HumAIn. Their adventure began five years ago when they introduced the industry’s first digital denim piece in partnership with The Fabricant, a digital fashion business based in Amsterdam, and made it available on the top digital fashion platform DressX when they introduced the C2C line in 2018. The C2C GOLD product line from Soorty is a design strategy for creating sustainable goods based on on a circular form. It enhances resource production, use, and recycling while acknowledging the biological and technological applications of denim fabric.
Soorty founded Soorty 3D Evolution Studio and uses CLO 3-D, a programme with 3D technology and a powerful simulation engine that enables users to build looks with numerous layers and minute details. To date, the studio has had success working with a number of different brands. In addition to lowering physical sampling and conserving resources, 3D sampling also streamlines procedures and builds an online communication link that lowers obstacles.
In addition, the manufacturer developed the Future Possibilities website and the Soorty Digital Library during the epidemic, betting on the direction of human values, societal reform, and modern technology. Customers can use the Soorty Digital Library, a database of Soorty’s collections, to quickly explore items, making operations done from home offices easier. Aiming to engage with global citizens and provide a transparent discourse to inform, inspire, and connect, Future Possibilities is a worldwide online and offline platform where denim remains at the centre while a responsible future is co-created.
Soorty is pleased to present the HumAIn collection, featuring Volker’s inventiveness, and their considerable knowledge in technology. By combining their efforts, Soorty created a digital collection of over 50 looks and two real pieces by using artificial intelligence to construct the designs. The well-known open-source AI Stable Diffusion was used to create the digital collection. Volker Ketteniss and Soorty both take a stance that combines creativity and technology to promote sustainability in the denim sector. The collection opens the door to major, new business opportunities and will help them to meet consumers’ needs on a larger scale by creating full looks and working side by side with artificial intelligence.
“HumAIn is a representation of human interaction with technology where the human value is emphasised and enhanced by technology to discover design possibilities,” says Ebru Debbag, Executive Director-Global Sales and Marketing at Soorty, “where the human value will not only be relevant for the market but will also drive conscious sourcing and consumption behaviour.”
As the distinction between real life and virtual reality becomes more hazy and the greatest brand names in the sector enter the Metaverse, Soorty remains one of the Only businesses that use AI daily are experimenting and investigating new possibilities. Soorty views technology as a tool for creating ethical and sustainable tools for the future, bringing us closer to the kind of world we’d all like to live in. Since Soorty feels the need to be conscious futurologists who capture and offer new possibilities, AI and technology are already central to how they conduct business. In order to create products and procedures that are purpose-driven and built to last, Soorty has continued to invest in smart technology and a culture that places a premium on responsibility.
