In its 2022 Sustainability Summary Report, HanesBrands highlights notable achievements in the categories of People, Planet, and Product.

According to Steve Bratspies, chief executive officer of HanesBrands, “HanesBrands continues to build on our leadership position in sustainability by improving people’s lives, safeguarding the environment, and developing more sustainable products.” “Our international associates are committed to enhancing the local communities in which we live and work. As we collaborate to accomplish our lofty objectives, I want to thank our staff around the world for their dedication to sustainability.Chris Fox, chief sustainability officer at HanesBrands, said, “We are proud of our long history of ethical and responsible business practises and our ongoing commitment to ‘Do What’s Right’.” We have a long history of being committed to sustainability, and we continue to do so.” to carrying out the challenging work necessary to achieve our challenging 2030 and 2025 sustainability goals.

In addition, HanesBrands debuted its worldwide associate sustainability campaign, “I’m In,” which enjoins associates to do small actions that have a big impact. The I’m In campaign is intended to increase HanesBrands’ influence on bettering the environment and encouraging engagement among its internal teams in order to contribute to making the world more comfortable for everyone. HanesBrands has more than 50,000 employees worldwide.
