What inspired you to start a company in textile machinery?

It was a fortunate stroke of serendipity. Our eventful journey began in a humble way in 1992, with a small team. We noticed that people in the textile industry did not get services or deliveries on time and the customers were not respected. We decided to bring about a customer centric approach in the industry and established our manufacturing unit in the year 1996. Growing from strength to strength, today we are counted among the top names in the field of textile testing instruments. We now operate out of a sprawling 2000 sq.ft of modern work space consisting of our factory and office cum R&D center.

How do you differentiate your products from other players in the market?

In thespinning sector, we have observed that the quality of services provided has been very poor and there have been scant regard to ethical practices in business. Hence, our prime focus has been to provide quality products. Our wide range of products including ginners, spinners, and weavers are supplied to SITRA, BITRA etc. We also cater to the needs of Textile Engineering Colleges like DKTE, Kumarguru College of Technology, and PSG College of Technology etc.

What is your future plan for the next 5 to10 years?We will be focusing on medium volume and we will subsequently venture into technical textiles.

What has been your approach towards after sale services?

Our company strongly believes in customer satisfaction. We enjoy brand loyalty due to our personalised services. Whenever we visit any college or firm, we do engage in overhauling the machines that were supplied to the customers and ensure that they are free from any defects. We treat every machine as our own machine, which is valued by our customers.

What is the market share of your brand in the textile machinery industry?

We enjoy a 90% market share in Tamil Nadu. This has also inspired us to extend our products and services in the west.

What is the USP of your brand?

We provide machines that are not very complicated to use and are user friendly. All our machines have been designed to suit the needs of our customers. We also provide support whenever technical issues arise. What new technology or innovation you had introduced in the Exhibition?

Our new machines are highly advanced and are in line with the latest technology. They come with a user friendly manual so that innovation makes the lives of our customers easy and not complicated.

What is your review towards the TEXFAIR Exhibition?

The exhibition has been organised at the right time. It is the biggest trade exhibition in South India for textile machinery industry.
