Bennigier, a manufacturer of textile machinery in Switzerland, will exhibit its most recent innovations at ITMA Milan 2023, which runs from June 8–14, 2023. The company, which specialises in continuous wet processing and jet dyeing, will present its goods in Milan, Italy, at booth A201 in Hall 18 of the Fiera Milano Rho exhibition centre.

Benninger AG announced in a press release that the business would demonstrate the Fabricmaster, chemical dispensing system (CDS), Benninger-Kusters cold pad batch (CPB) dyeing station, and SingeRay at the event.

Because Benninger’s Fabricmaster is the industry’s quickest, most adaptable, and most affordable jet dyeing machine, process times are drastically reduced. The greatest variety of fabrics may be produced with the least expense and with the least amount of water, making it the most environmentally friendly method of discontinuous production. today’s dyeing.

The CDS provides accurate and prompt service for all types of discontinuous and continuous equipment.

The brand-new Benninger-Kusters CPB knitwear dyeing station uses a salt-free cold dyeing procedure. Only the CPB dyeing technique makes it possible to dye without adding salt and without requiring energy. The fact that this method is also gaining popularity in tropical and subtropical areas is sufficient justification for Benninger-Kusters to further customise the CPB systems to the local climate. The Benninger Kusters Dypad, which will once again be displayed at ITMA Milan this year, serves as the brain of the Benninger CPB system. The knowledge of the original S-roller technique, which is synonymous with an even dyeing outcome throughout the entire fabric, is only available from Benninger, a producer of textile machinery width.

The SingeRay, a brand-new Benninger singeing machine, guarantees flawless singeing results, cost effectiveness, and uniform quality. The singeing machine is “100% produced in Germany” and has two burners and a twin nozzle strip. Due to four cooling channels, the silicium carbide burning chambers guarantee complete combustion and a stable burner temperature. The breadth of the fibres and blends will expand thanks to low gas usage and a flawless burn, the announcement noted.
