Apparel Retailers Have A Leasing Activity In H2 Of 2022

The total amount of retail space leased increased by 5% from July to December to 2.43 million square feet, up from 2.31 million square feet reported between January and June. Leasing activity in the retail sector increased overall to 4.7 million square feet in 2022, up 20% from the previous year.
