More than 445 metric tonnes of plastic waste have been used for this collection. Each piece is made up of at least 40 per cent of rPET, while the bags are made up of 62 per cent of the material. They are targeting 100 per cent use of sustainable cotton and have already reached 77 per cent in 2019.

This collection consisting of selection of men’s outerwear styles, like coach and worker jackets, bombers and windbreakers, as well as two pant styles. The major colors are mustard, navy and aqua green, inspired by the summer. The lining of the jackets, sneakers and bags are made up of RPET. The chunky sneakers have an olive-coloured exterior, a white mid-sole and a black bottom sole with ridges. Oxfords and hikers are also available in the collection. Timberland patches, reflective tape and utilitarian pockets accent the durable, workwear-inspired pieces.

Another collection called Brooklyn EK+ had been launched. It featured uppers, linings and laces made of 100% ReBOTL material (recycled plastic bottles), and soles made with 34% recycled rubber.

They plan on incorporating more of the material in the future collections. Their goal is to use 100% ROR materials in all new footwear, to support the company’s sustainability drive.
