Four Seasons, the changes of nature are accepted by the universe.  Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter are giving us four different types of experiences every year.  These seasons are not common to all the countries and continents.  In all these seasons, most of us use to think the other season is better and awaiting the next season.  When it comes, we use to think the previous one was better and hoping the best in the coming season.  Life is also like that.  As we are growing up in life, we use to think big and want to do big.  After some time, we think of our childhood, youth were better than the present.

Spring is one of the four seasons.  It is followed by winter and preceded by summer. Spring and springtime refer to the season, and also to ideas of rebirth, rejuvenation, renewal, resurrection and regrowth. At the summer solstice, the days are longest and the nights are shortest, with day-length decreasing as the season progresses after the solstice. Autumn is one of the third of the four seasons.   Winter is caused by the axis of the Earth in that hemisphere being oriented away from the Sun. Different cultures define different dates as the start of winter, and some use a definition based on weather.

The Nature has been changing from time to time to maintain the equilibrium in the environment.  Everything changes in this world for its survival. Change is the only permanent thing in this world.  If we always do what we have always done, we will always get what we have always got.  The difference from the previous state is nothing but the Change. There are so many changes in the universe… From Ape to Man, from fire to Agni, from water to Power, from muscle to Mind, from one to many, From snail mail to Email, in this process the world has become a Global Village.

We are not happy with a bullock cart, a manual type writer, a black & white TV, a steam engine, an RMP doctor, a silent movie, a trunk call booking.  Every day we need the advancement in our environment.  If you cannot create waves, somebody else would do it?  Why give a chance to others?  So let us show the change begin from us, not from others.

As rightly said by Charles Darwin, It’s not the strongest species that survive, nor the most intelligent, it is the one most adaptable to change.  If you don’t change, change will change you to change.  There is nothing permanent in this world, except change.  Change happens all around us – at home, at office, in our community and at work.  It can be motivated due to internal factors or due to external factors.  It can be big or small, expected or unexpected.  But in all these cases, the fundamental nature is movement from current state through a transition state to a future state.

There was an old story.  One man had been facing many problems for so many days and got frustrated of life.  Then he went to the top of a hill and there he saw a saint.  He stopped a while went to that saint and asked him, can I come out of his problems and lead a happy life?  Then the saint told him one line, “This will also go”.  This is applicable in all walks of our life.  When we are in happy mood, think of this line, then it motivates you to do many good things and get more happiness.  When you are in troubles, think of this line, it will motivate you that nothing is permanent on this earth and you can come back.  Al these are possible, when we are ready to change our attitude.  We can acquire the knowledge, hone the skills, but the attitude has to be changed.  It can neither be acquired nor honed.  It is only possible by changing it from negative to positive.

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek Barack Obama
