Hometex Vietnam 2026 to Debut in Ho Chi Minh City in November

Vietnam’s first specialised trade event for window, wall and soft furnishings will bring more than 150 suppliers to HCMC from 19–21 November
Hometex Vietnam 2026, the first international edition of Hometex Shenzhen, will take place from 19–21 November 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
The event, which draws on nearly 30 years of industry heritage from Hometex Shenzhen, is positioned as a sourcing, networking and knowledge platform for attendees, designers and industry professionals across the soft furnishings, window coverings and wall coverings sectors.
Vietnam’s Home Furnishing Market Continues to Expand

Vietnam’s home furnishings and soft decor market has recorded steady growth in recent years. According to 6Wresearch, the country’s curtains and window blinds market was valued at approximately USD 499 million in 2025 and is projected to reach USD 813 million by 2032, representing a CAGR of 7.2%.
In the wider home decor segment, Ken Research estimates Vietnam’s furniture and lifestyle interiors market at USD 4.86 billion in 2025, with a projected CAGR of 7.10% between 2026 and 2031, described as the fastest among major Southeast Asian markets.
The recovery of Vietnam’s tourism and hospitality industry is also contributing to demand for commercial soft furnishings. Vietnam received 17.6 million international visitors in 2024, while more than 15.4 million arrivals were recorded during the first three quarters of 2025.
Continued hotel construction and renovation projects are generating demand for curtains, wall coverings and upholstery products. At the same time, consumer interest is moving towards smart home solutions, energy-efficient materials and personalised designs, with the curtain and window covering market increasingly incorporating motorised, intelligent and customised products.
Hometex Vietnam Targets a B2B Sourcing Gap
Despite market growth, professionally organised, large-scale B2B sourcing platforms focused specifically on curtains and soft furnishings remain limited in Vietnam.
Hometex Vietnam 2026 is being introduced to address this gap, with a focus on window treatments, wall coverings and broader soft furnishing solutions.
Drawing on the resources of Hometex Shenzhen and the show-running expertise of Informa Markets, the exhibition is designed to provide trade professionals with access to suppliers and products across multiple categories.
Attendees will be able to connect with pre-vetted factory suppliers, with the aim of reducing sourcing costs and communication barriers. The event will also allow buyers to compare products across categories, including curtains, wallcoverings, carpets and upholstery, within a single visit.
Focus on Sustainable and Smart Solutions
The exhibition will include innovations covering sustainable materials, energy-efficient systems and UV-protective technologies.
These solutions are intended to provide visitors with an overview of emerging technologies and materials relevant to future product development and business planning.
The event will also feature new product and trend zones focused on current developments in the soft furnishings market.
