Hometex Shenzhen 2026 Introduces Business Matchmaking Zone to Boost Global Sourcing

Hometex Shenzhen 2026 has announced the introduction of a dedicated Business Matchmaking Zone, a new initiative aimed at supporting efficient supplier discovery for international buyers. Scheduled alongside the exhibition in March 2026, the matchmaking programme is designed to facilitate structured, one-on-one sourcing discussions across key window and wall covering segments.
Recognised as a sourcing platform for the global home textiles and interior furnishings industry, Hometex Shenzhen 2026 will debut its Business Matchmaking Zone as a concurrent activity focused exclusively on international buyers. The initiative is intended to improve procurement efficiency by replacing fragmented supplier outreach with pre-arranged, needs-based meetings.
The Business Matchmaking Zone will offer tailored matching services, connecting buyers directly with exhibitors aligned to their sourcing requirements. By enabling scheduled, one-on-one interactions, the programme allows buyers to prioritise relevant discussions and accelerate supplier evaluation during the exhibition.
To enhance precision in sourcing, the matchmaking programme will be organised into three themed sessions, each dedicated to a specific product category. The sessions will be held across designated time slots on 7 and 8 March 2026 to ensure focused engagement:
- Curtains & Curtain Fabrics Sourcing Meeting
- Wallpaper & Wall Coverings Sourcing Meeting
- Sun Protection Sourcing Meeting
These segmented sessions are structured to address diverse procurement needs while allowing flexibility in scheduling for participating buyers and suppliers.
International buyers participating in the Business Matchmaking Zone will receive a set of on-site support services. These include pre-arranged business meetings with exhibitors, complimentary accommodation for at least one night, shuttle transportation between the hotel and exhibition venue, and access to a dedicated matchmaking lounge. Participants will also receive a VIP buyer badge, fast-track entry to the exhibition, and access to hospitality services within the VIP Lounge.
To participate, buyers are required to complete exhibition registration and indicate interest in on-site business matchmaking during the application process. Following verification, participants will submit detailed sourcing requirements and preferred meeting times. The Hometex Shenzhen team will coordinate supplier selection and scheduling, with confirmed meeting details shared ahead of the event. Applications for the Business Matchmaking Zone are open until 7 February 2026.

Hometex Shenzhen 2026 will take place from 7–10 March 2026 at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (Futian), China. The exhibition is dedicated to window and wall coverings, treatments, and protection, and spans more than 100,000 square metres of exhibition space, with participation from over 800 exhibitors.
