HGH India Launches PreSense Home Fashion Trends Forecast for 2026-27

HGH India, the trade show focused on home textiles, home décor, home furniture, houseware, and gifts, has announced its Home Fashion Trends Forecast for 2026-27 under the theme “PreSense”.

According to HGH India, Indian homes are increasingly reflecting individual lifestyle choices, design preferences, values, and personal expression. The trend forecast has been developed to guide product designers, interior designers, retailers, brands, and manufacturers in creating collections for the upcoming season.

The company stated that home trends are influencing product development, retail strategies, and consumer buying behaviour with greater precision. PreSense Trends 2026-27 is designed to help industry stakeholders develop products suited to design-conscious consumers and changing market expectations.

This marks the 19th consecutive year that HGH India has released a home fashion trends forecast for exhibitors and trade visitors.

The PreSense forecast is based on the observation that as digital experiences expand, consumer interest in tactile and sensory experiences within home environments is also increasing. The forecast presents four themes — Manchala Mind, SunWoven, Kala Sangam, and Colour Wave — each exploring combinations of colour, materials, patterns, and emotional influences inspired by Indian culture, global design movements, and contemporary lifestyles.

The trends forecast has been developed by Texzone Information Services Pvt. Ltd., organisers of HGH India. The company stated that the forecast draws on market research, consumer behaviour analysis, trade practices, design research, merchandising strategy, and industry insights across textiles, fashion, home, and lifestyle sectors.

At HGH India 2026, the Trends Pavilion will showcase the PreSense forecast through selected products, visual merchandising references, and experiential zones designed to present the forecast themes in physical formats.
