Heimtextil 2027 Expands Carpets & Rugs Segment with New Structure and Premium ‘Carpets & Rugs Excellence’ Area

Updated exhibition layout integrates carpet suppliers across product worlds, while a new premium segment highlights selected international volume manufacturers.

Heimtextil 2027 has announced a revised structure for its Carpets & Rugs segment, aimed at strengthening connections across the global carpet industry and aligning the exhibition with current market requirements. The event will also introduce Carpets & Rugs Excellence, a new premium area featuring selected international volume manufacturers.

Heimtextil 2027 will further develop its Carpets & Rugs segment with a new exhibition structure designed to strengthen links between manufacturers, retailers, contract buyers and the wider carpet industry.

According to the organisers, the updated format integrates carpet suppliers across Heimtextil's product worlds, enabling buyers to source complete interior solutions while providing manufacturers with access to additional business opportunities and new purchasing channels.

Commenting on the development, Bettina Bär, Director Heimtextil, said:

“Our aim is to reflect the needs of the entire carpet market as effectively as possible. Together with the industry, we continuously develop Carpets & Rugs and create an even more targeted business platform for manufacturers, brands and buyers worldwide. The strong participation once again confirms Heimtextil’s relevance as the home of the global carpet industry in Frankfurt.”
