Heimtextil 2026 Unveils New Hall Layout for Interior Designers

A refreshed hall concept brings clarity, convenience, and inspiration for design professionals.
Heimtextil 2026 introduces a reorganized hall structure that helps interior designers explore materials, compare brands, and discover cohesive room solutions with ease.
Interior designers today take on multiple roles: creators, planners, advisors, and craftsmen. Many work independently or in compact teams, often under tight timelines, all while striving to craft environments that feel coherent and complete. This makes it vital for them to have guidance, fresh inspiration, and access to integrated solutions. Heimtextil 2026, scheduled from 13–16 January in Frankfurt, delivers exactly this through its newly reorganized hall layout designed to simplify comparisons, streamline visits, and support practical design decisions. In Halls 3.0, 3.1, and 4.1, designers will find an entire ecosystem of products curated for well-rounded spatial planning—clearly structured, thoughtfully staged, and highly application-driven.
Creating meaningful spaces requires understanding them as interconnected environments, and Heimtextil’s updated hall structure reflects this mindset. Exhibits are grouped by end-use—from wall coverings and window treatments to decorative fabrics, upholstery textiles, and flooring. This arrangement helps designers evaluate coordinated combinations quickly and experience materials in a complete, contextual presentation. The fair thus becomes an effective working tool for daily practice.
DecoTeam Sets New Inspiration for the Interior Design Community
A key hub at the event is the DecoTeam area in Hall 3.0. Under the theme “Happy up your Home,” leading suppliers—including Alfred Apelt, Erfal, Höpke Möbelstoffe, Infloor-Girloon, Karl F. Buchheister, MHZ Hachtel, and Paulig Teppichweberei—will showcase harmonized design concepts for cohesive interiors. Wednesday, 14 January 2026, is dedicated entirely to the interior design trade with a rich agenda blending practical insights and trend inspiration. The day begins with Corinna Kretschmar-Joehnk presenting “Design to be happy – International Interior Trends,” followed by a short AI workshop by Axel Ligowski on how digital tools can turn creative ideas into concrete visualizations.
Adjacent to this area, the Design Lounge powered by DecoTeam will highlight an exceptional mix of brands. Brink & Campmann will feature Harlequin, Morris & Co., Ted Baker, and Wedgwood Home, while Designers Guild presents premium collections from Christian Lacroix and Ralph Lauren. The lineup is further enhanced by Haro Carpets, Kadeco Sun Protection Systems, Kobe Fabrics, Otto Golze, and Somfy. Also participating are Stoeckel & Grimmler with JOOP! Living, Schöner Wohnen, and Esprit home, along with Hembus, Theo Keller/Theko (featuring Sansibar Sylt, Tom Tailor, Natur Pur), Tisca, and Unland with Pierre Cardin.
“Heimtextil 2026 provides interior designers with precise orientation rather than time-consuming research,” says Bettina Bär, Director of Heimtextil. “With such a large concentration of exhibitors and brands, designers gain immediate access to materials, concepts, and reliable partners—all arranged to support their workflow. The synergy between the DecoTeam and the Design Lounge is outstanding, offering a rare mix of inspiration, craftsmanship, and design expertise.”
The Broadest Selection of Decorative & Upholstery Textiles
Halls 3.1 and 4.1 put the spotlight on quality across every product category. Global textile mills and manufacturers will present one of the widest assortments of furniture fabrics, decorative materials, upholstery textiles, plus natural and synthetic leathers. Exhibitors include internationally recognized names such as Dickson Constant with Sunbrella (France), Edmund Bell (UK), Manuel Revert and Nova Tapiceria (Spain), Vanelli Tekstil (Turkey), and Vescom Velvets (Netherlands).
The Fibres & Yarns segment brings together fibre producers, weavers, and designers. Participating companies include Angles Textil (Spain), Filtrading (Italy), Hoftex Färberei (Germany), Ilcat (Italy), Indorama Ventures Fibers (Germany), Korteks Mensucat (Turkey), Tintoria Sala, and Torcitura Lei Tsu (Italy)—each presenting advanced materials and innovations that support the textile supply chain.
