Current Leadership Team Continues to Drive Growth and Innovation

Harper Hygienics S.A. reappoints its Management Board for a three-year term, affirming confidence in leadership and commitment to innovation, sustainability, and market expansion.

Harper Hygienics S.A. has announced that on October 22, 2025, its Supervisory Board reappointed the current Management Board for another three-year joint term. This decision underscores the Board’s confidence in the leadership team and reflects its commitment to driving the company’s ongoing growth and development.

Janis Bormanis, Vice President of the Supervisory Board, remarked:
"The Supervisory Board's decision to reappoint the Management Board for another joint term is a testament to our strong confidence in their leadership, strategic direction and operative management. The team has effectively navigated the company through dynamic global market conditions, and we are united in our support for their vision. We are optimistic about the Company’s sustainable growth and development under their stewardship."

The Management Board will continue with its current members:

  • Dmitrij Kostojanskij – President of the Management Board (CEO)
  • Alina Grączewska – Member of the Management Board
  • Sergejs Binkovskis – Member of the Management Board

Dmitrij Kostojanskij, CEO, said:
