Harper Hygienics Appoints Janis Bormanis to Supervisory Board
Mr. Bormanis is a highly experienced financial professional with a strong background in corporate and investment banking, debt and project financing, as well as capital markets. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in leading banks across Germany and Latvia, where he successfully oversaw corporate and investment banking operations. He has also played a key advisory role in executing some of the most complex financing deals in the Baltics and Poland, including large-scale modernization initiatives and restructuring projects for major industrial enterprises.
Since 2011, Mr. Bormanis has been the Managing Partner at IFA, and in 2022, he assumed the role of Deputy Chairman of the Council at iCotton SIA.
