These reeds are developed for fabrics with high mesh counts and are suitable for both wire and synthetic materials. The portfolio also includes healds and drop wires, designed to meet varying production requirements and ensure consistent fabric quality and service life.
Nonwovens Segment
In the Nonwovens segment, Groz-Beckert will introduce a newly developed needle aimed at reducing insertion and removal time, extending needle board service life, and lowering the risk of needle bending. The Groz-Beckert Needle Dispenser, part of the company’s digital ecosystem, will also be presented for automated needle board management and workflow efficiency.
Additional highlights include the Mounting Service for the Nonwovens Carding segment, the CB-barb felting needle, and the staple fiber needle punch line. Laboratory services, including fiber analysis, will also be available to support material and process optimization.
