Gartex Texprocess India 2026 Attracts 15,079 Visitors, Showcases Textile Manufacturing Technologies

Three-day exhibition records strong buyer-seller engagement as over 190 exhibitors present automation, AI and sustainable textile manufacturing solutions
Gartex Texprocess India 2026, incorporating the Denim Show, concluded after three days of business interactions, technology demonstrations and networking across the garment, textile and denim manufacturing sectors. The exhibition recorded 15,079 visitors, generating buyer-seller engagements, business enquiries and discussions on technology adoption within the industry.
Throughout the event, exhibitors interacted with manufacturers, sourcing professionals, retailers, exporters, buying houses and factory owners to discuss production requirements, technology upgrades and new business opportunities. Several companies presented machinery, software and systems integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, alongside solutions designed to reduce production time, minimise wastage, conserve energy and water, and reduce reliance on manual labour. Live demonstrations and consultation sessions enabled buyers to evaluate manufacturing technologies and explore potential partnerships.
The exhibition featured more than 190 exhibitors, including 40+ first-time participants, with companies from India, China, Japan, Singapore, Italy, Germany, Taiwan, Turkey and Hong Kong participating directly or through distributors. Exhibitors highlighted developments across textile and denim manufacturing while identifying workforce skilling as an important area for future industry growth.
The show floor showcased a wide range of products and technologies, including garment and apparel machinery, textile processing equipment, automation systems, digital printing technologies, knitting machinery, denim fabrics, finishing solutions, dyes and chemicals. The exhibition enabled manufacturers and buyers to compare production technologies and assess solutions aligned with changing market requirements.
Exhibitors share their experience
Mr Mukund Agarwal, Director, Baba Textile Machinery India Pvt Ltd, said:
"Thank you, Gartex. It was an amazing three days of experience. We had a lot of footfalls despite the rains; many leads got converted, and we received new clientele. We showcased some new technologies as well in the embroidery and printing segment, and overall it was a very good response, and we will be participating again next year."
Mr Abhinav Arya, Managing Director, Fabcare (India) Pvt Ltd, shared:
"Right from day one, we have been associated with Gartex Texprocess India, and we participate here, which is especially designed for textiles and garmenting. We are now also seeing a customer base coming from the laundry and dry-cleaning value chains. Serious buyers are coming, and we are expecting a good turnaround on the last day of the show. This is the only exhibition where we conduct live demonstrations for all the new equipment, launch new products, and conduct presentations for our customers. So, we are quite happy with this trade fair."
Participating in the exhibition for the first time, Mr Janak Sutaria, Managing Director, Silver Samurai Textile Machineries, stated:
"We received a huge response from the exhibition, had new clients and engaged in new interactions where we discussed about how they can grow their business with the machines. We have launched three machines over here, which produce high-end elastic, and these are very new to the Indian industry."
Denim Show records participation from industry players

Exhibitors at the Denim Show also shared their feedback on the event.
Mr Minesh Juneja, Head-Sales & Marketing (Domestic), Raymond UCO Denim, said:
"Gartex Texprocess India Delhi till date has been a show that people wait for. The footfall has been good. All relevant brands and all relevant customers are coming here, and they get an opportunity to see the new collections and launches from the mills. We have also displayed our fashion range and our new product launch, for which the responses have been good, and people have liked our range. They have been coming, and I hope that next year also people will come and enjoy the show. Every time we have been receiving positive feedback from the customers, which has encouraged us to participate in the show regularly."
Mr Sudeep Mittal, Director, PSK Denim Private Limited, said:
"We have participated in Gartex Texprocess India in Mumbai and here in Delhi it is our second edition. We are feeling very good due to the exposure we have received. In terms of buyers, people are coming in and understanding what we offer, so I believe this is a really good platform and the reason why we are exhibiting is so that we can filter our market and we can gain the right buyers."
Industry discussions focus on AI, sustainability and digital transformation
Business discussions continued through Gartex Texprocess Talks and Denim Talks, where industry experts and technology specialists discussed topics including Artificial Intelligence, sustainability, digital transformation, evolving consumer expectations and global competitiveness. The sessions provided insights into developments influencing textile and denim manufacturing.
According to the organisers, the exhibition brought together buyers, manufacturers, suppliers and technology providers for business meetings and strategic discussions expected to continue beyond the event.
Through its association with the Texpertise Network, Gartex Texprocess India incorporating the Denim Show is part of an international network of textile trade fairs connecting industry professionals, technologies and business opportunities across global markets.
The next edition of Gartex Texprocess India incorporating the Denim Show is scheduled to take place in Mumbai from 6th to 8th May 2027.
