FESPA Global Print Expo returns to Barcelona with five co-located events, new launches, and an expanded global industry focus.

FESPA 2026 will gather global experts across print, signage, personalisation, and textile industries at Fira de Barcelona, featuring new Corrugated and Textile events.

FESPA is set to host its flagship event — FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 — from 19 to 22 May 2026 at Fira de Barcelona, alongside the European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience. The 2026 edition will also debut two brand-new events: Corrugated and Textile, expanding FESPA’s portfolio to five co-located shows under one roof. These additions will deliver specialized exhibitions and insights for professionals in packaging, display, textile, and garment manufacturing sectors.

Together, these five events will create an unparalleled platform for global experts across print, signage, and visual communication to connect, exchange ideas, explore new technologies, and uncover opportunities for growth and diversification.

Returning to Barcelona for the first time since 2012, FESPA’s choice of the centrally located Fira de Barcelona — one of Spain’s top trade fair venues — promises accessibility, world-class facilities, and a dynamic setting for collaboration. The venue hosts over 270 international events annually, reflecting its global reputation for excellence.

Michael Ryan, Head of FESPA Global Print Expo, shared, “It’s thirteen years since we last hosted a major FESPA exhibition in Spain and we’re delighted to return. This year’s theme, ‘The Place for Experts’, highlights FESPA’s unique role as a global meeting point for sharing insights and innovations that define the future of speciality print and visual communications. It celebrates the power of collaboration, learning, and inspiration that drive industry progress.”

Ryan further added, “Our mission is to serve the global print community. In 2026, we’re bringing together more knowledge and expertise than ever before — all accessible through a single visitor ticket. With the addition of Corrugated and Textile, we’re giving businesses new paths to explore and expand.”

Featuring five focused events under one roof, FESPA 2026 will empower printers, sign-makers, garment producers, and packaging converters to gain fresh insights and map out new growth strategies.

The exhibitor lineup already includes 3M, AGFA, Brother, Caldera, Durst, EFI, Hexis, Kornit Digital, Mutoh, Summa, SwissQprint, Transmatic, UPM, and Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems, showcasing the latest innovations in printing technology, materials, and services for the speciality print sector.

A highlight of the 2026 edition will be the World Wrap Masters competition, returning with high-energy live contests where vehicle wrapping experts from across Europe compete in regional rounds before facing off in the global finals to be crowned World Wrap Masters 2026 Champion. Visitors can also experience live wrapping demonstrations and engage with leading experts in the field.

FESPA 2026 will also feature two free-to-attend conference programmes — one dedicated to textile and personalisation, and another focusing on corrugated — offering valuable insights into innovation, sustainability, and market opportunities shaping the future of print and signage.

Visitors can explore event details and updates via the official websites:

Registration opens in January 2026, with super early bird tickets priced at €25, granting full access to all five co-located events.
