INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, has released the INDA International Trade Handbook, now available in the INDA online store and free to all INDA members.

Developed in collaboration with Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg P.A., this 240-page handbook reflects months of meticulous work aimed at simplifying U.S. trade and customs policy relevant to the nonwoven industry. It serves as an essential reference guide to ensure compliance with U.S. international trade regulations.

The handbook provides up-to-date data on tariffs applicable as of April 9, 2025, including detailed tariff rates and classification codes for both nonwoven roll goods and finished products. It equips industry professionals with the knowledge to navigate complex trade compliance issues confidently. A preview of the table of contents is also available online.

INDA members can download the handbook using their login credentials via the member portal. For additional inquiries, members are encouraged to contact Wes Fisher, INDA’s Director of Government Affairs.
