Epson Launches SureColor SC-G9030 and SC-F20030 Industrial Textile Printers in India

New Direct-to-Film and dye-sublimation printing solutions target high-volume textile manufacturing, garment exports and commercial print applications.

Epson has introduced two new industrial textile printing solutions in India—the SureColor SC-G9030, a high-production Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer, and the SureColor SC-F20030, an ultra-high productivity dye-sublimation printer.

The company said the additions to its industrial textile portfolio are intended to support textile manufacturers, garment exporters and print service providers with reliable performance, high-quality output and continuous production capability.

India's textile and apparel sector continues to expand, supported by rising exports, increasing demand for customised and short-run production, and wider adoption of digital manufacturing technologies. The company noted that digital textile printing is also gaining importance for reducing material waste, water consumption and excess inventory compared with conventional analogue printing methods.

As manufacturers and print service providers seek greater production efficiency, flexibility and faster time-to-market, demand for digital textile printing technologies continues to grow. Epson stated that the new printers have been developed to address these evolving industry requirements.

SureColor SC-G9030: Direct-to-Film Printing Solution

The SureColor SC-G9030 is a roll-to-roll Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer designed for commercial textile transfer printing. It delivers production speeds of up to 34.1 sqm/hr and supports a wide range of substrates, including cotton, polyester, nylon, fabric blends, leather and rigid surfaces.

The printer is intended for applications such as fashion apparel, sportswear, promotional merchandise and personalised products.

Designed for large-scale textile manufacturers and fashion production facilities, the printer is built to provide colour consistency, image sharpness and efficient media handling during long production runs.
