Grasim Industries Pulp & Fiber business have been awarded the best and Prestigious “Golden Peacock and Innovation Management”in 2022.

The Award was given by the jury which was administered by M.N. Venkatachaliah, former chief justice of India and also the former chairman of the National Human Rights Commission of  India and National Commission for Constitution Of India Reforms.

The award was given to Dr. Aspi Patel, Chief technology officer working with the Aditya Birla Group alongside Birla Cellulose R&D team. Prof. S.P Singh Baghel, Honourable Union Minister of State for Law and Justice, Government of India. The panel also included Lt. Gen. Surinder Nath of PSVM, AVSM (Retd). The presidents and directors were specially invited for the award ceremony. The award was given in the presence of the business and industry leaders and experts.

Golden Peacock Award is in existence for the past 30 glorious years. It is considered as a symbol of excellency both locally and globally. The credit goes to the robust, transparent and evalutaion process which goes on in a continous process with a selection process in between. The ward will also be included in the Winner’s Digest in near futurewith initiatives from the “Innovation Management” and help in education and raising the standards.

The jury of the Golden Peacock Award included the Honorable Justice M.N. Venkatachaliah, former chief justice of Indoa, Lt. Gen Surinder Nath (Retd), former chairman of the National Rights Commission of India and National Commission for Constitution of India Reforms, Dr. Vivek Agnihortri, IAS  (Retd), Mr Dharmendra Kumar, Chaimrna, Committee on National Competition Policy of India and the former Chairman, fomer Sceretary to Government of India and former Executive Director of the World Bank.
