EFI Showcases Digital Printing and Workflow Automation Innovations at PRINTING United Expo 2026

New printers, AI-powered quality control and cloud-based production monitoring are featured at the Las Vegas event

Electronics For Imaging, Inc. (EFI) is showcasing new printers, workflow automation tools and other technologies for the sign and display graphics market at PRINTING United Expo 2026 in Las Vegas. The company's booth features live demonstrations of production-level digital inkjet solutions, along with printed samples from its sign and display graphics, packaging and textile printing portfolios.

PRINTING United Expo is taking place from 23 to 25 September 2026 in Las Vegas, with EFI exhibiting at booth C2115. The company is highlighting technologies designed to support productivity, application flexibility and production efficiency.

EFI Booth Highlights

Visitors to booth C2115 can see live demonstrations of the company's latest sign and display graphics technologies, including:

EFI VUTEk M3h X: A true hybrid flatbed/roll-fed LED printer designed for production-level speeds and image quality. The printer supports white ink, optional clear ink and multilayer printing of up to nine layers, enabling applications across rigid and flexible media.
EFI VUTEk FabriVU 340 i8: A dye-sublimation printer with inline fixation making its North American debut. Its eight-colour configuration includes CMYK, Orange, Blue and a choice of two light inks, expanding the printable gamut for retail, event and branded environments. The system can print directly onto a wide range of polyester-based materials and complete sublimation in a single step.
EFI VUTEk X5r: A 5.2-metre roll-to-roll LED printer designed for high-volume indoor and outdoor sign and display production. Workflow automation features include automatic Y-slitters for inline trimming and InSpec AI, an AI-powered image quality control system that continuously scans printed output to identify defects, support real-time correction and reduce waste and reprints.
EFI VUTEk Q3h XP: A hybrid LED printer featuring a new seven-colour configuration with light cyan, light magenta and light black. The configuration is designed to expand the colour gamut, improve neutral grey balance and produce smooth pastels while maintaining production-level throughput.
EFInsight: A cloud-based platform that brings printer and production information together for EFI sign and display graphics multi-pass printers. Originally introduced for EFI Nozomi single-pass printers, the platform is now available for select multi-pass systems, providing visibility into equipment use and production performance.

An interactive touchscreen kiosk at the booth allows visitors to explore additional products from EFI's packaging, sign and display and textile portfolios. The booth also features an applications gallery with printed samples.

Textile and Packaging Applications

EFI is also presenting textile samples at the exhibition, including examples produced using the EFI Reggiani ecoDenim solution, along with babywear, non-woven fabrics and fashion accessories.

Samples produced on EFI Nozomi single-pass digital inkjet presses are also being presented for sign and display graphics and corrugated packaging applications.

EFI Partner Demonstrations

EFI partners are also demonstrating EFI printing solutions at PRINTING United Expo.

At LexJet booth C900, the 65-inch-wide EFI Pro 16h+ hybrid flatbed/roll-fed UV LED inkjet printer is being demonstrated. The system supports rigid and flexible media up to 2 inches (5.08 cm) thick and includes white ink and multilayer printing capabilities.

At Nazdar SourceOne booth C2315, visitors can see the 3.2-metre EFI Pro 30h+ hybrid printer. The system delivers production speeds of up to 2,530 ft²/hr (235 m²/hr) and supports white ink, optional clear ink and multilayer printing of up to five layers.
