Strategic acquisition strengthens Fiery’s textile software portfolio while EFI refocuses on core printing systems and ink technologies.

EFI announces Fiery’s acquisition of Inèdit Software, enhancing Fiery’s capabilities in digital textile printing while enabling EFI to streamline its core business focus.

Electronics For Imaging, Inc. (EFI™) has officially announced that Fiery, LLC has signed an agreement to acquire all interests in Inèdit Software, a global leader in RIP and color management solutions for digital textile printing.

This strategic acquisition enables both EFI and Fiery to concentrate on their respective core areas of expertise while maintaining their long-standing collaboration — ensuring continued value and innovation for customers across industries.

Inèdit Software, renowned for its product suite — including neoStampa, neoTextil, and neoCatalog — serves the digital textile and specialty printing markets. Following the acquisition, Fiery will expand its solutions portfolio for textile and specialty applications, while EFI Reggiani will maintain its partnership with Inèdit as a trusted OEM collaborator.

Fiery is a key OEM partner for EFI, supplying RIPs and color management tools for our packaging and display graphics businesses,” said Frank Pennisi, CEO of EFI. “With this transaction, Fiery will now support our textile business as well, enabling EFI to focus on its core businesses of systems, production software, and ink. As part of Fiery, Inèdit will benefit from new growth opportunities. This move strengthens both companies and guarantees continued availability of software that’s vital to the textile printing industry.

Fiery plans to retain the Inèdit brand as an independent product line, ensuring ongoing support for current and future customers. The company will leverage its strong software development capabilities and deep industry expertise to enhance Inèdit’s offerings in digital textile printing.

Financial terms and the expected completion timeline of the transaction have not yet been disclosed.
