Duggal Visual Solutions Installs North America's First EFI Reggiani NEXT Plus 8-Color Textile Printing System
Installation at Duggal's New York production facility introduces the EFI Reggiani NEXT Plus 8-color configuration to the North American market.
Duggal Visual Solutions and EFI have announced the North American debut of the EFI Reggiani NEXT Plus 8-color configuration, following its installation at Duggal's production facility in New York.
According to the companies, the new textile printing system is designed to support high-volume production while addressing requirements related to print quality, production timelines and sustainability.
The EFI Reggiani NEXT Plus incorporates several technical features, including:
- Energy Efficiency: Reduced energy consumption.
- Precision Imaging: Advanced image clarity technology with an industry-leading 4-picoliter drop size for sharper detail.
- Enhanced Color Gamut: An 8-color system, including light magenta and light black, designed to provide precise colour matching and reproduction of vibrant colours, pastels and smooth gradients.
The installation is part of Duggal's ongoing investment in print production technology and supports its dye sublimation printing capabilities.
