Lala Bishamber Dass, a true philanthropist a well- known businessman of Punjab and the owner of B.D.A. Steels was the founder chairman of the college. Now, under the competent Presidetship of Sh. Parmod Aggarwal and the Vice Presidentship of Sh. Aashish Aggarwal, the college has emerged as an operational model for value oriented education.
