BAL ENDURA ADHESIVES (INDIA) PVT LTD was re-branded as ARDEX ENDURA (INDIA) PVT LTD after the joint venture between ARDEX Group, Germany and PRISM JOHNSON LIMITED, INDIA. Both the partners hold 50% each of the Share Capital of the Company.
