DiloGroup Receives Order for Complete Nonwoven Needling Line for U.S. Hygiene Market

New production line will integrate fibre preparation, carding and needling technologies for hygiene material manufacturing

DiloGroup has received an order for a complete needling line designed for the production of hygiene materials in the United States.

According to the company, the project expands its presence in the American hygiene sector and includes equipment covering all stages of the nonwoven production process.

The scope of supply begins with fibre opening and incorporates the latest TEMAFA fibre-opening and filtration system. The system is designed to support fibre preparation while managing dust and particles throughout the production process.

The production line also includes the card feeding and carding system from Dilo Spinnbau, together with crosslapping and high-performance needlelooms from DiloMachines, supported by the CV1 system.

According to the company, the configuration is intended to provide controlled fibre processing, stable web formation and high production throughput. The selected equipment is designed for applications where process stability, uniform web quality and consistent production parameters are required for hygiene-grade nonwoven materials.

With the installation of the new line, the customer will operate a production system designed to meet the requirements of the U.S. hygiene market.

The company stated that the order reflects continued demand for DiloGroup's complete nonwoven production solutions and its experience in supplying integrated nonwoven manufacturing systems.
